Sunday Sewing & CRAFT

Our monthly ‘Sunday Sewing and Craft’ group is the brain-child of some playgroup mums who wanted to learn to sew, knit, crochet and quilt but had no time during the week. All welcome, beginners especially. We have machines you can borrow, or bring your own. We meet in the church building on the second Sunday of the month, starting at 2pm and finishing around 5pm. School Community Blessing

It’s ‘back to school’ time and we plan to send families back with a blessing. This is especially for teachers and ancillary staff, religious education teachers, for students and their families. We’ll also be praying for the four school chappies we support and the local chaplaincy committee. Our chappies, Adrian, Sheree, Cindy and Erin, serve in Clover Hill, Mudgeeraba Creek and Mudgeeraba State Schools, Mudgeeraba Special School and Robina High, but this event is open to all school communities. Village Craft Fair

Our popular annual Craft Fair returns for 2019 with a host of stalls selling a variety of crafts, plants, jewellery, cakes, jams, chutneys, books, etc. We also have our outdoor barbecue selling burgers and our cafe featuring quality coffee, tea, cakes and sandwiches. Chapel Service

Should you attend our monthly worship in the chapel you will discover it is traditional in nature. We love to sing the hymns of the faith that have sustained generations of believers and the service order follows a familiar pattern. The service attracts those who like this style of worship experience but we also have people attend who need an early service, freeing up the rest of the day.
