The Mystery of the Trinity

The Mystery of the Trinity

Today we looked at the Trinity, recognizing that it is a mystery to be experienced rather than deconstructed, analysed or explained. We look at the experience of Nicodemus in John 3: 1-17, who comprehends things, as we do, on the physical level, rather than the spiritual. We also look at the experience of Isaiah in Isaiah 6: 1-8 where he has a powerful vision of God which leads him to respond firstly in wonder and awe, then in repentance, and finally in an act of commitment.
